Delivery Options and Fees

This page tells you about the physical and digital delivery options for your completed statement. Please select below whether you are based in the UK or overseas to see the recommended delivery options for you.

Ecctis offers a digital e-Statement for all our services, and this is automatically added to your application during the order process. It is our recommended format for receiving your assessment.

An e-Statement is a secure PDF file that can be downloaded through the User Portal once your application is completed. The e-Statement is authorised for use with UKVI, Home Office, employers, and institutions. This document does not have an expiry date and can be downloaded again in the future, if needed.

This digital PDF is available to download as soon as your application is completed. This can then be emailed to the relevant person/organisation to assist with your visa, employment, or higher education needs.

*VAT is applicable if you are based in the UK and will be added during the application.

Ecctis is committed to reducing our impact on the environment and would like your help in cutting the amount of paper we use. We ask that you request a physical paper statement only when this is specifically needed.

Our e-Statement is a valid document that is widely accepted. The e-Statement is automatically added to your order at the time of application.

We urge you to check with the person/organisation you are applying to before requesting a paper statement, to see whether the paper statement is really necessary.

If a paper statement is necessary, then you can pay an additional fee and receive a paper statement by post. The fee for the paper statement is in addition to the fee for your chosen service with e-Statement.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm

Royal Mail aim to deliver your item the next working day from when this is dispatched by Ecctis. A tracking number for your delivery is given in the User Portal.

First Class post

£4.00 + VAT* (£4.80)

On average, this service takes 1-3 working days. However, delays are possible depending on Royal Mail service. This service does not have tracking.

*VAT is applicable if you are based in the UK and will be added during the application.

All timeframes are given in working days. These are Monday-Friday and do not include public holidays or bank holidays.

DHL Courier

If you need a physical paper statement to be sent overseas, this is our recommended option to help ensure the paper statement arrives safely and in a timely manner.

DHL is a fast and secure courier provider. They aim to deliver your statement within 1-6 working days, depending on your location. There is tracking of your item and an estimated delivery date through their website. We will let you know through the User Portal once your paper statement has been passed to DHL. We will also give you the details for tracking.

International Signed For™

£15.00

This option is not recommended as it travels through local postal services to reach you. There also can be delays with Customs.

This is handled by Royal Mail until the item leaves the UK. You will be given a tracking number upon dispatch of your item.

Note: there is no guaranteed delivery timeframe for this option. Customers have told us that the tracking information provided is limited. If it has been less than 25 working days since the last tracking update, your item is not classed as lost.
