You can either visit our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) page, or select the “do you need help?” button on the homepage to access our helpful ChatBot or use our interactive guide to work out which service(s) you need.
If you can’t find the answer to your question on our website, contact us for free via message. You can sign in and go to ‘Messages’ and an adviser will get back to you as soon as possible. When we are very busy, this can take up to five working days.
You can also track the progress of your application online. Sign in and go to ‘order status’.
Alternatively, the ChatBot service is available on the Ecctis homepage by selecting the “do you need help?” button. This will provide details of frequently asked questions on our services and application process. If your question is not answered within this, you can opt to speak with a Customer Service Adviser through Live Chat during our open hours of Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays, 09.00 - 17.00 (UK time).
