The introduction session is a thorough introduction and foundation, suitable for those new to the international admissions role or in the first 18 months of the job.

The next session, ‘Building your expertise’, provides progression from this and gives a deeper understanding, plus practical techniques that even a more experienced admissions officer will find useful.
