For Organisations: Corporate Bundle applications

The Ecctis Corporate Bundle service is aimed at supporting organisations and companies looking to make more frequent applications for our statement services on behalf of individual clients or applicants.

The Ecctis Corporate Bundle service provides corporate organisations with an opportunity to purchase pre-paid credits to use over a period of 18 months from the date of order.

There is a dedicated team of Account Managers who you can contact with any queries regarding your bundle or applications.

To set up as a bundle client, please contact [email protected] for further details.

Once the bundle order has been confirmed and payment has been made, the bundle will be active for use by the corporate client only.

Applications for the Corporate Bundle service statements are submitted to [email protected] from the corporate client with the relevant documents.

All enquiries from the client will be responded to within 5 working days.

The timeframe of the application starts when the documents have been submitted. If the documents were uploaded over a weekend, UK Public Holiday or Ecctis office closure, this will commence the next working day.

If further documents are required throughout the application process, the due date for completion will be updated and reset based on the application timeframe.

Requests for cancellation are to be sent to [email protected].

Communication about the application is solely between the corporate organisation and Ecctis Corporate Bundle. We are unable to discuss the application with the qualification-holder themselves. If the qualification-holder has any queries, they should direct them to the corporate organisation who can then contact the Ecctis Corporate Bundle Team.

The Visas and Nationality (English proficiency) service confirms whether a degree was taught in English and meets the recognised standard of Bachelor, Master’s or PhD in the UK. It will also confirm a level of proficiency of English on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), if the qualification was not studied in a majority English-speaking country.

This service does not verify the qualification.

Based on an individual’s specific circumstances, they will receive one or both of the below:

When comparing overseas qualifications to UK qualifications, we consider factors such as entry requirements to the course, syllabus studied, length of study etc. Please note: this is not an exhaustive list, and many aspects are considered to allow us to comment on the qualification. Our team will then research the qualification and try to determine an appropriate level of comparison with the UK framework.

We aim to complete applications for this service within 10 working days. However, in circumstances where further research or other requirements need to be considered, the process can take longer. Our team will notify you through email if this applies to your application.

Providing documents that we can independently verify will help to prevent delays to the application. This means documents that are verifiable online or downloadable on the awarding institution’s website.

For more information about how we assess qualifications, please see our Methodology page.

Please note: a Visas and Nationality (English proficiency) statement should be presented to the Home Office, along with your qualification. It does not replace or supersede your qualification.

* English Language Proficiency Statement (ELPS) – this information is not provided if the applicant has studied at an institution in a majority English-speaking country, as this is not necessary for the Home Office in these cases. Only the Academic Qualification Level Statement (AQUALS) will be issued, as well as verification if applicable to that service.

The PhD verification and PhD verification with English proficiency services are designed for people who are applying to the new Skilled Worker immigration route, who want to use their PhD to qualify for tradeable points.

The PhD verification service will provide confirmation of the academic level of an individual’s PhD and a primary source verification check, which verifies that a PhD qualification is genuine. The PhD does not need to have been studied in English to apply for this service.

This service will not provide a reference to English proficiency, based on the degree.

The PhD verification with English proficiency service also includes confirmation of the academic level and a verification of the PhD, as well as information regarding English language proficiency. If an applicant’s PhD was not studied in English but they studied a Bachelor or Master’s degree in English, we can provide English proficiency information for their other degrees.
