Industry Skills Statements
The Industry Skills Statement services support you in evidencing the comparability and authenticity of your qualification. These services will provide you with documentation required for anyone pursuing a career in the construction, plumbing, electrical or land-based sector.

- Your qualification is relative to an occupation within the blue, gold or black CSCS card, JIB-PMES card, an ECS card, SKILLcard or LISS card.
If your qualification meets these requirements, then you may require our service as part of your application to one of the mentioned card schemes.

Once all of the documentation has been provided, our specialists will begin the verification and skills mapping processes by directly contacting the awarding institution.
What do I need to apply?
All documents given must be clear colour photographs. We may request further images if we are not able to clearly see all four corners of the page.
The initial documentation required to begin the application process are:
- Final certificate in the original language, this would usually be awarded to you once the qualification has been completed.
- Official transcript in the original language, showing all subjects and grades throughout your studies.
- Evidence of name change, including legal identification in current legal name. This is only required if the name used during your studies is not the same as your current legal name
- A copy of the photographic page of your passport, or any other official photographic identification
- A letter from your institution, confirming that you spent at least 130 hours in a workplace environment as part of your qualification
- A copy of your course content – this is a detailed breakdown of the modules studied within your course and will be more comprehensive than a transcript.
- Certified translations, if your original documentation are not provided in English. These must be completed, signed and stamped by a professional, qualified translator.
Please note that the above are the basic documents required to begin the application process, however, we may require further evidence for the purposes of verifying your qualification.
All applications for this service are submitted through our website. Once you have all of the above documentation, you can start the application process, by clicking apply now at the bottom of this page. This will allow you to register for an online account.
Once you have successfully registered your account and followed the verification link emailed to you, select the “Start your Application” button in your portal.
This will take you through the application process which includes adding your qualification as an entry, uploading photographs of the supporting documents, providing your contact information, and submitting payment.
Please note that an application is not submitted until after the payment has been made on your portal.
How much does this service cost?
This service costs £402.50 + VAT, which includes the cost of a downloadable e-Statement.
The timeframe to complete your order is 30 working days from when we confirm receipt of all necessary documentation for each submitted qualification and full payment.
